Booking an Appointment

  1. Open the calendar scheduling page and pick a meeting type
  2. Choose an available date and time in your own time zone
  3. Enter your name and email address
  4. Add any notes about what you'd like to discuss
  5. Confirm — you'll receive a confirmation email with the details

Rescheduling or Cancelling

Every confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Use those links to pick a new time or release the slot. If you can't find the email, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Time Zones

Times are shown in the time zone detected from your browser. Double-check the zone shown before confirming, especially if you're travelling.

Reminders

We send a confirmation when you book and a reminder before the meeting, to the email address you provided.

Q: Do I need an account to book?

A: No. Just pick a time and enter your name and email — no sign-up required.

Q: How is my information handled?

Q: I didn't get a confirmation email.

A: Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us and we'll confirm your booking manually.
