# A small agency
that ships.
**lost end found** is an independent product agency in the United Kingdom. We design, build and ship software end to end — and we keep the team deliberately small so the people who scope your project are the ones who write the code.
// The agency
We build for the internet, one app at a time — and we've been doing it for over a decade.
Most of what we make begins as our own itch. A reporting tool that should exist but doesn't. A plugin for the editor we live in. A small Mac utility that fixes one annoying thing perfectly. We ship it, we use it every day, and the good ones become products other people rely on too.
The same instincts go into client work. We take on a **small number of projects each quarter** — web platforms, native apps, storefronts — and treat them the way we treat our own: scoped honestly, built to last, shipped without drama.

No layers, no hand-offs. The person who understands the problem is the person who builds it — and we'd rather ship something small and real than plan something big forever.

From design and build to App Store and the integrations between your tools — we scope what's needed, say how we'd ship it, and flag what isn't worth doing.

### Built to outlive us
Clean stacks, sensible defaults, privacy by default. Our own apps store settings locally and in your iCloud — no tracking, no analytics. Client code is yours, documented and handed over.
