Terms of Service — TikTalk - Timer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TikTalk - Timer ("the App") provided by lost end found Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TikTalk - Timer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

TikTalk - Timer is a free macOS menu-bar application that provides countdown timers and a stopwatch. The App:

• Accepts natural language input to create countdown timers
• Runs multiple timers simultaneously
• Stores presets locally on your Mac
• Sends local notifications when timers complete
• Operates entirely offline with no server component

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TikTalk - Timer for personal or commercial use on any Mac you own or control, subject to these Terms and the terms of the Apple App Store.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation

5. No Data Collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by lost end found Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall lost end found Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and lost end found Ltd only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
