These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shop.app Receipt PDF ("the Extension") provided by lost end found Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Shop.app Receipt PDF, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Extension.

2. Description of Service

Shop.app Receipt PDF is a free Chrome browser extension that generates printable PDF receipts from Shop.app order pages. The Extension:

• Reads receipt data from Shop.app order pages in your browser
• Formats the data into a clean, printable layout in a new tab
• Uses your browser's built-in print function to save as PDF
• Processes everything locally — no data is sent to any server
• Uses ephemeral session storage that is cleared automatically

3. User Obligations

When using our Extension, you agree to:

• Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Not redistribute or resell the Extension
• Not use the Extension to generate fraudulent or misleading receipts

4. Shop.app Compatibility

The Extension reads data from Shop.app order pages. We are not affiliated with Shop.app or Shopify Inc. Changes to the Shop.app website may affect the Extension's functionality. We will endeavour to update the Extension to maintain compatibility, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by lost end found Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information. In summary: we don't collect any data.

7. Accuracy of Data

Receipt data is read directly from Shop.app order pages. While we strive to display this data accurately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the generated receipts. The Extension is provided for personal record-keeping purposes and should not be used as the sole source for financial or legal documentation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• That the Extension will generate accurate or complete receipts
• Continuous, uninterrupted compatibility with Shop.app

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lost end found Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension.

10. Chrome Web Store Terms

If you installed the Extension from the Chrome Web Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and lost end found Ltd only, and not with Google. Google has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Extension.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Extension at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Extension.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
