Did I Have Migraine Today? is a simple, privacy-focused migraine tracking app that helps you monitor your migraine patterns with a beautiful contribution graph. The app works on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, syncing your data securely via iCloud.

Getting Started

  1. Download and install the app from the App Store
  2. Open the app on your iPhone or iPad
  3. Tap the + button to log your first entry
  4. Select whether you had a migraine and optionally set the severity level
  5. View your patterns on the contribution graph

Using the Contribution Graph

The contribution graph shows your migraine history at a glance:

  • Green squares: Migraine-free days
  • Yellow/Orange squares: Mild to moderate migraines
  • Red squares: Severe migraines
  • Gray squares: Days without entries

Apple Watch

You can track migraines directly from your Apple Watch without needing to pull out your phone:

  • Open the app on your Apple Watch
  • Tap to log today's status
  • Data syncs automatically to your iPhone
  • Haptic feedback confirms your entry

Home Screen Widget

Add the large widget to your home screen to see your 6-month migraine overview at a glance:

  1. Long-press on your home screen
  2. Tap the + button to add widgets
  3. Search for "Migraine Tracker"
  4. Select the large widget size
  5. Position it on your home screen

Data Sync

Your data syncs automatically across all your devices via iCloud:

  • Your iPhone serves as the primary data source
  • Changes sync to iPad and Apple Watch automatically
  • Ensure iCloud is enabled in your device settings
  • All devices must use the same Apple ID

Q: Why isn't my data syncing?

A: Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device settings and you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices. Check that "Did I Have Migraine Today?" has iCloud access enabled.

A: Yes! You can swipe left on any entry to delete it, use bulk selection to delete multiple entries, or tap an entry to edit it.
