These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Floating OpenClaw Chat ("the App") provided by lost end found Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Floating OpenClaw Chat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Floating OpenClaw Chat is a macOS application that provides a floating chat interface for communicating with the OpenClaw gateway. The App includes:

• A floating chat bubble that stays on top of other windows
• Chat panel for sending and receiving messages
• Global keyboard shortcut for quick access
• Session management capabilities
• WebSocket connection to local OpenClaw gateway

3. Requirements

To use Floating OpenClaw Chat, you must have:

• A Mac running macOS 12.0 (Monterey) or later
• OpenClaw gateway installed and running locally
• Valid OpenClaw gateway authentication credentials

4. User Obligations

When using our App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Comply with the terms of service of your OpenClaw gateway provider

5. OpenClaw Gateway

Floating OpenClaw Chat is a client application that connects to the OpenClaw gateway. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or functionality of the OpenClaw gateway
• Any content generated or processed by the OpenClaw gateway
• Data handling practices of the OpenClaw gateway
• Any issues arising from your use of the OpenClaw gateway

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by lost end found Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with the OpenClaw gateway

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lost end found Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any issues with the OpenClaw gateway connection
• Any content generated through the App
• Any bugs or issues in the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lost end found Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and lost end found Ltd only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
