Q: Does the app access the internet?
A: No. The app is fully offline. It does not make any network requests or send any data.
Q: What macOS version is required?
A: macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later.
Q: Can I open multiple files at once?
A: Yes. You can open multiple .msg and .oft files simultaneously — each opens in its own window.
Troubleshooting
File won't open
Ensure the file has a .msg or .oft extension. If the file was renamed or has no extension, try adding .msg to the filename. If the file appears corrupted, try obtaining a fresh copy.
Email displays incorrectly
Some emails with very complex HTML or non-standard formatting may not render perfectly. If you encounter display issues, please contact us with a sample file (if possible) so we can improve compatibility.
