At lost end found Ltd, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Mail Archive Viewer ("the App") handles your data.

The Short Version

Mail Archive Viewer does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data. The App runs entirely on your Mac. It reads email archive files from your local disk and displays them. That's it. There is no server, no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking.

Data Collection and Use

No Data Collection

We do NOT collect:

• Personal information or identifiers
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Email content, headers, or metadata
• Crash reports or diagnostics
• App usage patterns

Local Processing Only

All email archive parsing and rendering happens locally on your Mac. The App reads files you explicitly open (via File → Open or drag and drop) and processes them entirely in memory. No data is written to disk except when you explicitly export a message or save an attachment.

Email Privacy Protection

When displaying HTML emails, the App actively protects your privacy:

• JavaScript is disabled — no scripts in emails can execute
• Remote images are blocked — tracking pixels and external resources cannot load
• Links open externally — clicking a link opens your default browser, never navigates within the App

Network Access

The App does not make any network requests. It has no server component and does not communicate with any external service. The network entitlement exists solely for potential future features and is not currently used.

File Access

The App only accesses files you explicitly open using the macOS file picker or drag and drop. It runs in the macOS App Sandbox, which prevents access to any files you have not granted permission to.

Third-Party Services

Mail Archive Viewer does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or analytics platforms.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Since the App does not collect data, significant changes to our privacy practices are unlikely.
